| Mail an original copy of the invitation to us. When we receive the invitation we will send you a confirmation email.. | An email with a private URL will direct you to a proof of the potential design based on the original invitation. | After reviewing the design proof, if you are pleased with the design, then you will send us an approval and we begin producing the final copper invitation. Otherwise, you will submit revisions and the process returns to step 2. | When your copper invitation is finished we will mail the original invitation and copper invitation to the desired addresses, ready to be enjoyed for years to come. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

|
A down payment of $20 is required to cover the preliminary stages of design work. An invoice for $20 will be sent after you complete and submit the online order form. This down payment will be deducted from the final cost of the piece upon its completion. Once we have received the original invitation we will send you a confirmation email and begin designing your copper invitation. A proof of the proposed design will be found at a private URL that we will email you along with an invoice for the total cost of the invitation. At this time you either approve the design for production or submit revisions for the design. |
If revisions are submitted, the changes will be made and a new design proof is post at the private URL for customer approval. A maximum of three rounds of design revisions are included in the price of the piece; additional revisions may require additional charges. By approving the design for production the customer is also approving the final payment for the invitation, which will be emailed as a final invoice. Items are not shipped until payment has been made in full. |
